By scheduling service, contacting us, or opting into our SMS program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully.
Payment for all service work is due in full at the time services are rendered. Payment for all bid or contract work is due in full within thirty (30) days from the invoice date. Late payments may be subject to applicable late fees as outlined in these Terms & Conditions.
Invoice balances that remain overdue will incur a $25 per calendar day late fee, due upon receipt. Balances overdue for 60 days or more may be subject to a collection process in accordance with Washington State law.
Customers agree not to initiate any credit or debit card chargeback without first submitting the dispute to binding mediation through a mutually agreed-upon third-party mediator.
By scheduling an appointment, the customer agrees to a minimum service charge of $170 per hour, plus any materials used during the service visit.
Excel Plumbing provides a 1-year warranty on all supplied materials and workmanship from the date of the completion invoice. Some items may require third-party supplier or manufacturer involvement.
Excel Plumbing does not warranty any materials provided by customers or third parties.
Bid pricing does not reflect owner- or builder-supplied materials. Additional labor or parts required due to customer-provided fixtures or materials may result in added charges.
Drain cleaning services do not include any warranty against future blockages, recurring clogs, or underlying plumbing issues.
Permits are not included in pricing and must be provided by others unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Washington State sales tax is not included in any contract or bid price unless explicitly stated.
Bid prices are valid for 30 days and may change afterward.
Freight charges on large or special-order items are not included in quoted pricing.
Pricing does not include pipe insulation or heat taping for freeze protection.
Unless otherwise specified:
Any deviations may require additional charges.
Adjustments or modifications required due to countertop thickness may incur additional charges and will void all related warranties.
Shower doors and/or glass components are to be supplied and installed by others, unless specifically agreed upon.
Customers grant Excel Plumbing Inc. permission to photograph job sites before, during, and after service for documentation, training, and marketing purposes. No personal identifying information will be used without consent.
Excel Plumbing Inc. is not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, supply shortages, labor issues, governmental actions, or similar events.
By opting into text messaging from Excel Plumbing Inc., you agree to receive periodic messages related to scheduling, service updates, reminders, and promotions.
You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date contact information. Excel Plumbing is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery that result from inaccurate or incomplete information.
We respect your privacy. Phone numbers and message content will not be shared or sold. SMS communication is used solely for service-related interactions unless promotional messages are expressly permitted.
