Excel Plumbing Inc. – Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Deadlines – Payment for all service work is due in full at the time services are rendered. Payment for all bid or contract work is due in full within thirty (30) days from the invoice date. Late payments may be subject to applicable late fees as outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

2. Overdue Balances – Invoice balances that are overdue will incur a \$25 per calendar day late fee; due upon receipt. Balances that are left overdue for 60 days or more will be subject to a collection process in line with Washington State law.

​

3. Chargeback Policy – Customer agrees not to initiate any credit or debit card chargeback without first submitting the dispute to binding mediation through a mutually agreed upon third-party mediator.

​

4. Minimum Service Charge – By scheduling an appointment for service, customer agrees to minimum service charge of \$170 per hour plus any materials used at time of service.

​

5. Warranty on Workmanship – Excel Plumbing provides a 1-year warranty on all supplied materials and workmanship from the date of completion invoice. Specific items may require 3rd party integration such as a supplier, manufacturer, or other.

6. No Warranty on Customer-Supplied Materials – Excel Plumbing does not warranty any materials supplied by others.

​

7. Owner/Builder-Supplied Materials – Bid price does not reflect owner/builder supplied materials. Parts and/or labor expended due to owner/builder supplied fixtures or materials are subject to additional charges.

​

8. Drain Cleaning Disclaimer – Drain cleaning services performed by Excel Plumbing Inc. do not include any warranty against future blockages, recurring clogs, or underlying plumbing issues.

​

9. Permit Responsibility – Permit not included in price and to be provided by others unless allowed by written agreement.

​

10. Sales Tax – Washington State sales tax not included in any contract/bid price unless specifically noted otherwise.

​

11. Bid Price Validity – Bid price subject to change after 30 days.

​

12. Freight Charges – Freight charges on large or special order items not included.

​

13. Pipe Insulation & Heat Taping – Does not include pipe insulation or heat taping to prevent freezing.

​

14. Fixture Specifications – All fixtures to be white unless otherwise specified or requested.

​

15. Faucet Specifications – All faucets to be chrome unless otherwise specified or requested.

​

16. Sink Specifications – All sinks to be undercounter or drop in unless otherwise specified.

​

17. Sink Faucet Mounting – All sink faucets to be deck mounted unless otherwise specified.

​

18. Tub Specifications – All tubs to be alcove or drop in unless otherwise specified.

​

19. Countertop Modifications – Modifications required to faucets due to thickness of countertops are subject to additional charges and voids all warranty.

​

20. Shower Doors & Glass – All shower doors and/or glass to be supplied and installed by others.

​

21. Photography Permission – Customer grants Excel Plumbing Inc. permission to photograph the work site before, during, and after services are performed for documentation, training, and marketing purposes. Any images used for marketing will not disclose customer’s personal identifying information without consent.

22. Force Majeure – Excel Plumbing Inc. shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, labor disputes, equipment breakdown, supply shortages, governmental actions, or other unforeseen events.
